Cancellation Before Shipment
Eligibility for Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. To check the status of your order, please contact our customer service team.
Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please send an email to boffindia@outlook.com with your order number or call us at +91 8146526626 during business hours (9AM to 5 PM IST, Monday-Friday).

Refund Process: Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. The refund process may take 60 days to reflect in your account.
Cancellation After Shipment
Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Return and Refund: Currently there is no return policy once product is delivered to the customer.

Exceptions
